By accessing or using the LMT platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including organizations, administrators, and individual account holders.
LMT is an enterprise mobile line management platform that enables organizations to synchronize carrier data (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile), integrate with MDM platforms (Microsoft Intune, Jamf, MaaS360), and manage mobile line inventory, cost optimization, and compliance reporting. The Service may be accessed via hosted or self-hosted deployments.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. LMT supports Single Sign-On (SSO) via Okta, Entra ID, and Auth0 — your identity provider's terms also apply.
You agree not to:
All content, trademarks, software, and materials provided through the Service are owned by or licensed to LMT. You retain ownership of your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the data you submit to the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. For self-hosted deployments, you are solely responsible for data storage, backup, and compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.
Fees for the Service are based on your selected plan and the number of managed lines. All fees are invoiced monthly or annually as agreed. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LMT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
